This piece was created from a picture I found on Upsplash. As I was creating it I was wondering were I was going to take it. No one wants a portrait of a stranger. Then it occurred to me the create a piece about breaking through. Breaking through the obstacles that life throws at us and coming out of it stronger and wiser.
